Cowork Space OÜ was founded in 2019. With our headquarters in Tallinn, we provide office rental services in more than 200 business centers in the Baltic countries. We also offer consultations on organising and optimising the workflow in your workplace. Our professional team will help you choose a rental plan most suitable for your budget.
What is a coworking space? Basically, it is a business centre where you can rent a workplace for a necessary period of time. We offer full-fledged working spaces equipped to meet all your needs.
Office Rental
For your convenience, our experts have come up with a flexible rental schedule. You may rent both individual workplaces and full-fledged offices. We will provide you with Internet access, fully-furnished work area and other amenities which you can discuss with our representatives.
With our Cowork service, we offer the possibility of renting various sized offices in the Baltic capitals: Tallinn, Vilnius, Riga.
You can rent a turnkey office space for any period of time. Hourly payment is also available.

Our offering includes a vast number of rental plans, from one computer to entire office floors provided by us or our partners. You can choose from offices in more than 200 business centers. There are many options available: with or without windows, ‘all-inclusive’ or low-cost, etc. Our team will help you select the plan that is most appropriate for you. Also, you can always change the location of your office if you notify us at least a month prior to moving.
